This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and Jaypalsinh Jadeja (“we,” “us,” “our”) governing your use of the mobile application Whats Chat Backup & Reader (the “App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree to this EULA, do not use the App.
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on a mobile device that you own or control for personal, non-commercial use only. This license is subject to all restrictions and limitations outlined in this EULA.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all associated intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of Jaypalsinh Jadeja or its licensors. This EULA does not grant you any rights to use the trademarks, logos, or service marks of Jaypalsinh Jadeja or its licensors, except as expressly permitted by this EULA.
We may provide updates, patches, bug fixes, or new features to improve the performance of the App. These updates may be automatically installed without providing any additional notice or receiving any additional consent. By using the App, you agree to receive such updates as part of your use of the App. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the App or any part of it, with or without notice, and without liability to you.
All data related to WhatsApp chats, media files, and documents that you back up using the App is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit this data to our servers. Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect other personal information related to your use of the App.
You are solely responsible for the security of the data you store using the App, including enabling features such as passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID to protect your backups from unauthorized access.
The App may include premium features that are available through a subscription. By subscribing to these premium features, you agree to pay the applicable fees, which will be charged to your iTunes account. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal through your iTunes Account Settings.
You agree that all payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. We are not responsible for any additional charges that may be incurred by your mobile carrier or third-party payment processors as a result of using the App.
This EULA is effective until terminated by either you or us. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination of this EULA, you must stop using the App and delete all copies of the App from your device(s).
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements or that the operation of the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jaypalsinh Jadeja and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, licensors, and agents will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or loss of profits.
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the use of the App.
This EULA is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Gujarat, India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to this EULA or the App will be resolved exclusively by the courts located in Rajkot, Gujarat, India, and you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.
The App may contain links to third-party websites, services, or applications that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that we will not be liable for any damages or claims arising from your use of third-party services or websites.
We may modify this EULA at any time. When we do, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this EULA. It is your responsibility to review this EULA periodically. Your continued use of the App following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
