END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) FOR STATUS SAVE FOR WA

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("EULA") CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING THE STATUS SAVE FOR WA MOBILE APPLICATION ("THE APP"). BY INSTALLING OR USING THE APP, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS EULA. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS EULA, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE APP.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE:

Subject to your compliance with the terms of this EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Status Save for WA mobile application ("the App") on your iOS mobile device solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

2. APP FEATURES:

The App, "Status Save for WA," provides the following features:

• The app will work on your device.
• View Stories discreetly to protect your privacy.
• Get Photos and Videos.
• One-time setup and boom.
• Fast access to all status.
• Clean and Minimalistic design.
• Save your favorite statuses.
• Amazing Inspirational quotes to kickstart your day and share as status.
• Best jokes also within the app.
• Built-in video player for viewing videos.

3. USAGE RESTRICTIONS:

You shall use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not:

• Copy or distribute the App, in whole or in part, except as expressly permitted by this EULA.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the App.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the App.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notice on or in the App.
• Use the App for any illegal, unauthorized, or unethical purposes.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:

The App and all intellectual property rights in the App are owned by the developers or licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You acknowledge that you have no rights, title, or interest in or to the App except as expressly granted in this EULA.

5. PRIVACY:

The App may collect and use certain information about you and your usage of the App. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of such information as described in the Privacy Policy provided with the App.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY:

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS OR ERRORS IN THE APP WILL BE CORRECTED.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

8. TERMINATION:

This EULA is effective until terminated. We may terminate this EULA immediately without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and destroy all copies of the App in your possession or control.

9. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION:

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this EULA shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction].

10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT:

This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and us concerning the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous oral or written agreements and understandings.
